At Titan Fitness, we stand behind the durability of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging to ensure your home gym meets your training standards. We strive to make the exchange process seamless so you can get back to reaching your personal best without delay.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Titan Fitness account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the equipment in its original box with all included hardware and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Equipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for heavy strength training racks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
