Eliminate the need for a spotter and focus on the eccentric phase of your lifts with these Eccentric Hooks. The Eccentric Hook Extensions extend up to 51-in. versus the base model, which extends to 35-in.. Simply remove the short extension from the Eccentric Hooks and replace them with the expanded attachment. Then attach the hooks to the end of your barbell to front-load your first rep with extra weight on the -in.negative-in. portion of your lift, and let the hooks drop off, leaving you with just the weight on the bar for the remainder of your set. As you reach the bottom range of movement and the angled footplates touch the ground, the hooks will release from the barbell, enabling an explosive lift.
